24 VOLT CORDLESS NiCAD STRING TRIMMER 2009 Model: TGP-ST-5

If you are the do it yourself type gardener, then odds are you mow your own lawn each week and probably spend hours trimming the edges as well. Depending on the size of your lawn, you may wish to go with our new cordless model ST-5 that runs on a battery. No sense in lugging a cord behind you to the far reaches of your yard if you can do it without. The Cordless rechargeable 21.6 Volt edger is powerful enough to get your lawn looking sharp. The 2,000 mAh NiCad battery with "Turbo Chip" should last 45 to 50 minutes which gives you time to finish off all areas of your grass. You can switch between using this blower as a corded or cordless with an optional 120 Volt electric converter. Once you experience the freedom of going cordless, there's no going back. The corded option is still nice in case you couldn't quite finish the job on battery power; instead of waiting for a recharge, you could just plug in and finish the job. Remember, that run time is actual time cutting. It will let you trim plants as well as lawns that extend onto the pavement or driveway areas of your yard with a cutting width of 2.76 inches. The charger and battery are included as part of the package.

DID YOU KNOW?

The major difference between an edger and a trimmer is that edgers are best for "vertical" cuts and trimmers are designed for "horizontal" cuts. Therefore, an edger is the superior tool when it comes to keeping your lawn looking perfect along the edges.
